On a [blog] roll.

I was talking to my friend Ashley the other day about our love of blogs. Yeah, I have one myself, but I’d never really thought about it before... I really do love me some blogs. There are a few I read almost every day, some I read once in a while, and a few multiple-times-a-day blogs. It’s really just been a post-college development for me. Since graduation, I’ve become a huge follower and Pinner (duh) and now I can’t imagine what I did before. Oh I know, I was missing out. That’s what I was doing. Missing out.

So anyway, I wanted to share a few of my favorite blogs separated by category.

Also, I should note that I read a few of these blogs so much that I feel like I know these people…yeah.

Easter Feaster

Well everybody, its April in Atlanta. It’s been terrific so far, and I think that’s a sign of things to come and I'm so excited. The rest of the month will be jam packed with graduations, frisbees, baseballs, festivals, and as much outdoor weekend time as possible. Can’t hardly wait.

It seems like there’s never a dull moment around this time of year, and this past weekend was no exception.

Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner!

So I think I’ve mentioned it before, but just to reiterate, I am a fairly picky eater. As a kid, I was an obnoxiously picky eater. Nothing spicy, nothing chunky, no condiments, nothing pickled, nothing ethnic, etc.

My college life, then my “adult” life (if you can even call it that), have forced me to branch out and try new things so that I don’t embarrass myself. Of note, I now LOVE tomatoes. LOVE them. I used to hate them. I had to have smooth pasta sauce, and wouldn’t even consider salsa. I also like a little bite to my food. I like onions, but really only cooked ones. I recently discovered that I like brussel sprouts as well. I distinctly remember the last time I had them. I told my dad they tasted like grass, and that was it. 15-20 years later, they taste like yum.

Even though I am a ridiculously picky eater, I have a bucket list of sorts of the foods I wish I liked, and hope to some day.
